Certain products available through Hims & Hers can be purchased only with a prescription from a qualified medical provider. To access these products, you must first consult with a medical provider through our platform. 

We make this process simple and convenient. Through Hims & Hers, you can access a network of medical providers who can evaluate your specific needs based on your health information, and if appropriate, prescribe treatment.

Non-Prescription Products

We also sell non-prescription products, including over-the-counter drugs, cosmetics, and supplements. These products do not require any consultation.

Important Notes:

• Some of our non-prescription products are available for purchase as a part of a kit with prescription products.
• To purchase a kit containing both non-prescription and prescription products, you must complete a telehealth visit (consultation) through our platform. You will be able to purchase the kit if the provider determines the prescription product is appropriate for you.
