What if the ice packs in my Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1) package are melted when I receive it?

While our Compounded Semaglutide is shipped with ice packs, the medication is shelf stable and can tolerate temperatures of up to 95 degrees for up to 4 days, and temperatures of up to 77 degrees for 15 days, without impacting efficacy. As long as the vial has not exceeded 95 degrees or been exposed to heat longer than 4 days, the product should re-stabilize once refrigerated and is safe to use.
