You can also request a copy of your medical records which includes a screenshot of any prescription you've received on this platform - however, this screenshot cannot be used to receive fills at a pharmacy.
For questions about refills or your prescription, you can contact your provider any time through the secure message portal. You can do so by logging into the www.hims.com or www.forhers.com website and heading to 'account' then clicking on 'messages.'
