can i cancel or reschedule my telehealth appointment? 

  1. Log in to your Hims or Hers account
  2. Click the three lines on the upper right side of your screen. For Hers accounts it will be "ACCOUNT" in the upper right. 
  3. Click "Appointments" in the menu bar and you will be able to view your scheduled appointments. 
  4. For all of your treatment plans, you will be presented the options to "Cancel" or "Reschedule".

If your healthcare provider’s availability is full, please send a message in your secure messaging portal so we can help you connect with a provider who is available.
