- Log in to your Hims or Hers account
- Click the three lines on the upper right side of your screen. For Hers accounts it will be "ACCOUNT" in the upper right.
- Click "Appointments" in the menu bar and you will be able to view your scheduled appointments.
- For all of your treatment plans, you will be presented the options to "Cancel" or "Reschedule".
If your healthcare provider’s availability is full, please send a message in your secure messaging portal so we can help you connect with a provider who is available.
