To begin, you will need to fill out an online intake form, which will provide your healthcare provider with information about your symptoms and medical history. Based on this information, a healthcare provider will assess your case and determine the most suitable treatment option for you.
Depending on the state where you live, your consultation may be conducted asynchronously. This means that your provider will deliver treatment recommendations through our secure messaging portal, accessible in your account at any time.
In some states, a video visit with a healthcare provider is required. If you reside in one of these states, you will be prompted to schedule a video visit after submitting your online intake form.
Once your visit is complete, we will finalize all necessary details and proceed to ship your customized treatments directly to your doorstep.
