  1. Check for Internet Connection:
    Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A weak or intermittent connection can cause website issues such as slow loading times, error messages, or an inability to access certain pages. Restart your router or modem if needed and try connecting to different websites to confirm if the problem lies with your internet connection.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies:
    Accumulated cache and cookies can conflict with the proper functioning of a website, leading to issues like pages not displaying correctly or outdated content. Refer to your browser's settings to find the options to clear cache and cookies. Refresh the website after completing this step to see if the issue has been resolved.
  3. Update Browser:
    Check for any recent browser updates and install them if available. Outdated browsers may not be compatible with certain website features, causing glitches or errors. Keeping your browser up to date ensures a smoother browsing experience.
  4. Switch Browsers:
    If the problem persists, try accessing the website on a different browser or device. This step helps determine if the issue is specific to a single browser or device. If the website works fine on an alternative platform, the problem may lie with the original browser or device settings.
  5. Firewall Settings:
    Check if any security software or firewall settings are blocking access to the website.
