Troubleshooting Login Issues

So sorry to hear that you are having trouble logging into your account. But no worries, we are here to lend a hand! To get you logged back in as quickly as possible, here are a few quick troubleshooting steps:

  1. Double-check your login credentials to ensure they are entered correctly. It is crucial to verify that both your username and password are accurate.
    • The password has to be at least 8-10 characters in length.
    • The password should not have been used before or be similar to any previous passwords.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password securely.
    • Password reset emails can only be used once, so if reset fails, submit a new password reset request.
    • The most recent password reset email should be opened to reset the password.
    • After a period of time the password reset email will expire. If the link does not work, submit a new password reset request.
  3. If you are an existing customer who previously created an account using an email and password, and you are now trying to log in using your Google or Apple ID, you may accidentally create a duplicate account if the email on your existing account does not match the email associated with your Google or Apple ID. If you suspect that you have two accounts, please reach out to us for assistance.
  4. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, outdated information stored in your browser can prevent you from logging in. Clearing cache and cookies can help refresh the data and resolve the issue.
  5. Try using a different web browser. Occasionally, certain browser settings or conflicts can hinder login attempts. Switching to an alternative browser may help identify and address any browser-specific issues.
  6. Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Slow or intermittent internet connectivity can cause login problems.
  7. If you are using a VPN, we recommend turning it off to see if this helps resolve the issue.
  8. Lastly, it is required that you are physically present within the United States of America in order to access your account. If anyone attempts to log into the account or reset the password using an IP address that indicates they are located outside of the USA, they will be unable to log in. Once you have returned to the USA, we suggest that you try logging back in again to check if the issue has been resolved.
