How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Access the log in button.
    • App: locate it at the bottom of the home screen upon initial open.
    • Website: you can find it in the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Find the option "Forgot your password?" below the empty text fields and click on it to proceed.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click on "Reset password".
  4. Check your email.
    • Shortly after submitting the password reset request, you should receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
    • If you do not see any email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you encounter any difficulties at this stage, please notify us.
  5. Follow directions outlined in the email. This will direct you to a form where you can enter a new password.
  6. Fill in the designated fields with your new password and select the "Reset password" option.
  7. Your new login credentials are now in effect.

Important Notes:

  • Please be aware that we will never request your password. It is crucial to keep this information secure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
  • In the event that you submit multiple password reset requests, make sure to use the link provided in the most recent email. Only the latest link will be active.
