Access the log in button.
- App: locate it at the bottom of the home screen upon initial open.
- Website: you can find it in the top right corner of the home page.
- Find the option "Forgot your password?" below the empty text fields and click on it to proceed.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click on "Reset password".
- Check your email.
- Shortly after submitting the password reset request, you should receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
- If you do not see any email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you encounter any difficulties at this stage, please notify us.
- Follow directions outlined in the email. This will direct you to a form where you can enter a new password.
- Fill in the designated fields with your new password and select the "Reset password" option.
- Your new login credentials are now in effect.
