How do I update my contact information?

App

1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
2. Log into your account. 
   • Not sure how to do this? Take a look at this article: How do I log into my account?
3. Once logged in, click on the "Account" button at the top right corner of the page.
4. Look for the section with the heading, "Contact information".
   • Your legal name, email, phone number, and birthday are here.
5. Enter the phone number or email address you would like to use in the appropriate field.
6. Click the "Save" button at the bottom to keep the changes in your account. 

Website

1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
2. Log into your Hims or Hers account.

3. Once logged in, click on the "Account" button at the top right corner of the page.
4. Click on "Profile" located along the top menu.
5. Look for the section with the heading, "Account Details."
   • Your legal name, email, phone number, and birthday are here.
     
6. Click on the button with a pencil icon followed by the word "Edit".
7. Enter the phone number or email address you would like to use in the appropriate field.
8. Click the "Save changes" button at the bottom right to keep the changes in your account. 

Important Notes: 

• You can update your contact information anytime, but there can only be one phone number and one email address associated with your account. You will not be able to receive password reset links to two separate emails or phone numbers.
• If you log into your account using either Google or your Apple ID, you will not be able to edit your email address. Please contact us for support if you would like to change your email! 
• To update your shipping address, read the article How do I update my address? as the process is different. 
• To update your name or date of birth, please contact us for support!
