How do I update my contact information?

You can update your phone number and email address directly in your profile account page on our website or app.

Don't have an account yet? Select "Create an Account" on your login screen to get started.

App

1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
2. Log into your account. 
   • Not sure how to do this? Take a look at this article: How do I log into my account?
3. Once logged in, click on the profile icon (👤) located in the top right corner of the page.
4. Select "Contact information".
   • The legal name and date of birth boxes will appear, but cannot be edited.
5. Enter the phone number or email address you would like to use in the appropriate field.
6. Press the "Save" button to save the changes in your account.

Website

1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
2. Log into your Hims or Hers account.
   • Not sure how to do this? Take a look at this article: How do I log into my account?
3. Once logged in, click on "Profile" located along the top menu.
4. Look for the section with the heading, "Account Details."
   • Your legal name, email, phone number, and birthday are listed here.
5. Click on the "Edit" button.
6. Enter the phone number or email address you would like to use in the appropriate field.
7. Click the "Save changes" button to save the changes in your account. 

Important Notes: 

• You can update your contact information anytime, but there can only be one phone number and one email address associated with your account. You will not be able to receive password reset links to two separate emails or phone numbers.
• If you log into your account using either Google or your Apple ID, you will not be able to edit your email address. Please contact us for support if you would like to change your email.
• To update your shipping address, read the article How do I update my address? as the process is different. 
• To update your name or date of birth, please contact us for support.
