- Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
- Locate and tap the "Log in" button at the bottom of the screen.
- If you wish to use your Google or Apple ID, simply click the preferred icon and follow the prompts.

If you wish to log in using your email and password, enter the correct information in the "Email" and "Password" fields.

If you have forgotten your password, simply select "Forgot password?" below the text fields to retrieve your login information. You can find more detailed instructions in the following article: How do I reset my password?
- Click on the "Log in" button.
- You should now be successfully logged in!
Website
- Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.

Visit the Hims or Hers website.
- Locate the "Account/Log in" button located in the top right corner.
