How do I log into my account?

We offer a variety of options to help you log into your account.  Options include traditional username and password, Google ID, or Apple ID.  Please follow the appropriate steps below based on your preferred login method.

App

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. Locate and tap the "Log in" button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. If you wish to use your Google or Apple ID, simple click the preferred icon and follow the prompts.
  4. If you wish to log in using your email and password, enter the correct information in the "Email" and "Password" fields. 
    • If you have forgotten your password, simply select "Forgot password?" below the text fields to retrieve your login information. You can find more detailed instructions in the following article: How do I reset my password?
  5. Click on the "Log in" button.
  6. You should now be successfully logged in!

Website

  1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Visit the Hims or Hers website.
  3. Locate the "Account/Log in" button located in the top right corner.
  4. If you wish to use your Google or Apple ID, simple click the preferred icon and follow the prompts.
  5. If you wish to log in using your email and password, enter the correct information in the "Email" and "Password" fields. 
    • If you have forgotten your password, simply select "Forgot password?" below the text fields to retrieve your login information. You can find more detailed instructions in the following article: How do I reset my password?
  6. Click on the "Log in" button.
  7. You should now be successfully logged in!

Trouble accessing your account?

If you are an existing customer who previously created an account using an email and password, and you are now trying to log in using your Google or Apple ID, you may accidentally create a duplicate account if the email on your existing account does not match the email associated with your Google or Apple ID.
