How do I log into my account?

We offer a variety of ways to log into your account, including your email and password, Google ID, or Apple ID. Follow the appropriate steps below based on your preferred method.

Don't have an account yet? Select "Create an Account" on your login screen to get started.

Don't have the app yet? Download the app that matches your account.



App

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the "Log in" button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Log in using your registered email and password, or if you originally created your account with Google or Apple, click the corresponding icon and follow the prompts.
    • Emails and passwords are case sensitive and should not have any spaces before or after.
    • If you have forgotten your password, simply select "Forgot password?" below the text fields to retrieve your login information. You can find more detailed instructions in the following article: How do I reset my password?
  4. Tap the "Sign in" button.
  5. Once logged in, you'll be directed to your account homepage.

Website

  1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device. For the best experience, use an updated version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
  2. Visit the Hims or Hers website.
  3. Click on the "Log in" button located in the top right corner.
  4. Log in using your registered email and password, or if you originally created your account with Google or Apple, click the corresponding icon and follow the prompts.
    • Emails and passwords are case sensitive and should not have any spaces before or after.
    • If you have forgotten your password, simply select "Forgot password?" below the text fields to retrieve your login information. You can find more detailed instructions in the following article: How do I reset my password?
  5. Click on the "Log in" button.
  6. Once logged in, you'll be directed to your account homepage.
