Order Processing

  • Processing times may vary depending on the type of service or product that was purchased. Be assured that our highest priority is to fulfill your order within a reasonable timeframe.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been processed by the pharmacy you will be sent an email containing a link to track your package. Tracking can also be viewed at anytime by logging into your account and reviewing "Orders" or "Order History" on the account menu.  
  • Please know at this time we are experiencing some longer shipping times and delays due to global supply chain issues, adverse weather events, and delays with shipping carriers.

Where do I find the most up-to-date information? 

  • Our systems are designed to mirror the location and processing times provided by the carriers. This is achieved by extracting the delivery information from your tracking number. It is important to note that the carrier will have the most current and accurate information regarding the whereabouts of your order once it has been shipped from our warehouses.
  • The carrier information can be found under in the "Orders" or "Order History" on the account menu. Selecting the tracking number will take you to our systems tracking history and display the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL).
