Are there signature requirements for my testosterone shipment?

Yes — certain medications prescribed to treat testosterone deficiency have signature requirements:

• Kyzatrex® (oral): A signature is required for every shipment, including your initial fill, all refills, and any replacement orders.
• Testosterone Cypionate, generic or compounded (injectable): A signature is not required for your initial shipment or refills.  In instances where a replacement is granted, all subsequent orders will require a signature.

If you won't be available to sign for a delivery, we'd recommend arranging for someone else to be available at your address, or checking with the carrier about delivery options in your area.
