Some of our medications used to treat testosterone deficiency are controlled substances. Because of this, our pharmacy partners must ship them to a physical, residential address.
Unfortunately, we're not able to ship to P.O. boxes, general delivery addresses, freight forwarding addresses or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
If you need to update your shipping address, you can do so from your account as long as you're staying within the same state. If you're moving to a different state, please reach out to our support team so we can confirm your new state is eligible before any changes are made.
