How do I update my address?

App

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. If prompted, log in to your account. 
  3. Locate the "My Subscriptions" section on the home page.  
  4. Select "Manage" on the subscription you would like to make changes to. 
  5. Scroll down to Manage Subscription and select "Shipping Address".
  6. Update information and save changes.  

Web

  1. Access the Hims or Hers website. 
  2. If prompted, log in to your account. 
  3. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab located in the top menu. 
  4. Select "Manage" on the subscription you would like to make changes to. 
  5. Scroll down to Shipping and select "Edit".
  6. Update information and save changes.  

Important Notes:

  • Some subscriptions may not offer the option to update the shipping address. If you are experiencing difficulties in modifying your address, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to help you make the necessary adjustments.
  • Do you have multiple subscriptions? Each subscription has its own address, so be sure to update the address on each subscription if you want them all to ship to the same location.
  • Updating your address to a different state may affect subscriptions for prescription products depending on your state's medical guidelines. If you run into this issue, please contact our Customer Experience team using the information at the bottom of this article.
  • We ask that you make these changes at least 48 hours before your next order is set to process to ensure the next order arrives at your desired shipping address. Updating your address will not affect orders that are already processing or have a tracking number available. These orders will be delivered at the previous address.
