Once an order ships, you should receive tracking information in your email inbox. As soon as we get more details from the carrier, you'll see the tracking history updated on that page.
You can also find this by logging into your account and clicking "Orders" on the account menu.
Once the pharmacy finishes processing your order, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the shipping carrier and your location. We are, however, experiencing some longer shipping times and delays due to global supply chain issues, adverse weather events, and delays with shipping carriers.
Where do I find the most up-to-date information?
Our systems will reflect the same location and processing times as your carriers– we pull the delivery information from your tracking number. Once an order has shipped from our warehouses, the carrier will have the most up-to-date information on where your order is.
The carrier information can be found under "Tracking number" in the "Orders" tab. Clicking on the tracking number will take you to our systems tracking history and display the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL).
