What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, we will promptly send you an email notification containing instructions on how to update your payment information. Additionally, we will make continued attempts to process the payment using the card on file for a period of time.

In the event that the payment is unsuccessful during this time frame, your order may encounter delays and be placed on hold until your payment method is successfully updated. Rest assured that as soon as your payment method is updated, we will make an attempt to charge your new card within 24 hours.
