When will I be charged?

To determine when a subscription will be charged navigate to your account by one of the following:

App

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. If prompted, log in to your account. 
  3. Navigate to the "My Subscriptions" section on the home screen. 
  4. Scroll down to the subscription that you would like to check.
  5. Under "Next Order Date" will display the date on which your next order will be charged and begin processing.

Web

  1. Log in to your Hims or Hers account.
  2. Click on the "Account" button at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab located in the top menu. 
  4. Scroll down to the subscription that you would like to check.
  5. Under "Next Order Date" will display the date on which your next order will be charged and begin processing. 

Important Notes:

  • Know that subscriptions options will vary depending on the product selected and the treatment plan provided by your health care provider.
  • Your billing cycle will depend on the subscription plan you choose.  
    • For example:
      • If you choose a monthly subscription, you will be charged around the same day each month.
      • If you choose an annual subscription, you will be charged once a year around the same day as the original purchase.
    • Why not on the same date?
      • For your first refill, we will send it a few days earlier. This is so that you can expect the order to arrive at or around the time your subscription was first created.
