How do I join my Telehealth appointment?

Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be provided with a link via email that will enable you to access your appointment at the designated time. Additionally, an email notification will be sent to you one hour prior to your appointment, followed by another notification five minutes before, containing detailed instructions on how to access your appointment.

Important Notes:

  • For phone call appointments, the pin needed to access your appointment will be in the email communications.
  • Please make sure your camera and/or microphone settings on the device you are using are enabled during your appointment - you may need to check your phone and browser settings.
