An "Action Item" is a task that needs to be completed in order to proceed with any pending medications or prescriptions that you have previously tried or are currently trying to receive.
How to check for an action item:
- Log into your account.
- Not sure how to log in? Take a look at this article: How do I log into my account?
- Upon logging in, if you have any "Action Items" in your account a pop up will appear indicating the need to complete. This event will only show up if you need to complete any visits or respond to your provider.
