Some of our testosterone medications are controlled substances, so we require a live, face-to-face video visit with a licensed provider before any prescription can be written and any time your prescription changes. We also require periodic follow-up visits to be conducted through a live visit.
There's currently no phone or message-only visit option for testosterone deficiency treatment for patients prescribed a controlled medication.
You can book your initial visit online, up to 14 days in advance. Your initial visit typically runs about 20 minutes, with follow-up visits around 10 minutes, but may run longer if your provider determines it necessary
You'll want to join the visit on time, as you'll need to be present and wait for your provider to join. At launch, visits can be booked, rescheduled, or cancelled through our website.
