If you happen to miss your appointment or simply forget, don’t stress! You can easily reschedule a new one. Just open the app and pick a new time slot for your lab test. Missing an appointment won’t affect your lab plan usage at all—your lab order stays open until your blood draw is done. There’s no fee or penalty for a no-show. That said, if possible, try to cancel or reschedule at least 8 hours ahead using the app. And if you run into any issues rebooking, just reach out to our support team—we’re here to help!
