If you need to make same-day changes, our system locks the appointment window. When you're within 8 hours of your appointment, the app won’t let you reschedule or cancel. This is because Quest gets everything ready for your visit ahead of time. If something urgent comes up and you can’t make it, you’ll simply be marked as a no-show, but don’t worry—you can always book a new appointment afterward. There’s no penalty on our end (you won’t lose your lab or get charged extra), and this helps Quest keep things running smoothly. So, if you can, try to make changes at least a day in advance. Otherwise, we’ll take care of you afterward by letting you rebook!
