How do I schedule my lab appointment?

After you purchase a lab plan, you can schedule your blood draw through the Hims & Hers app or website. 

1. Access the Hims or Hers platform on your device.
2. Log into your account.

3. Locate the "Labs section".
4. Click “Book my appointment".
5. You’ll be able to choose a Quest Diagnostics location near you and pick a date and time for your appointment. 

Important Notes:

• Lab screening services through Hims & Hers will be available at an estimated 2,000 Quest locations, making it easier for you to take charge of your health. While there are other Quest facilities managed by private practices or third-party providers, these locations won’t be accessible for scheduling through Hims & Hers. If a location doesn’t appear when you try to schedule, please know it isn’t available for your screenings through Hims & Hers.
• Remember, you must schedule an appointment – Quest won’t accept walk-ins without an appointment in our system. 
• Appointment availability will vary by each Quest location.  
• Once booked, you’ll get a confirmation in the app (and via email). If you need to change it later, you can reschedule up to 8 hours before your appointment time.
