Can I walk-in for my lab appointment?
No walk-ins, unfortunately, for our Comprehensive Labs service. You will need to book an appointment through your Hims or Hers account. If you show up without an appointment, Quest won’t have your info and won’t be able to draw y... continue reading

Why can’t I reschedule my appointment less than 8 hours before?
If you need to make same-day changes, our system locks the appointment window. When you're within 8 hours of your appointment, the app won’t let you reschedule or cancel. This is because Quest gets everything ready for your visit ahead of time. If something urgent comes up and you can’t make it, you’ll simply be marked as a no-show, but don’t wo... continue reading

If you happen to miss your appointment or simply forget, don’t stress! You can easily reschedule a new one. Just open the app and pick a new time slot for your lab test. How long will it take to get my lab results?
You can expect to see initial results within a few days of your blood draw, and the complete set of results within about 7-21 days. Our system releases each result as soon as it’s ready, so you might see some results in the app in as little as 3-4 days. However, some tests take longer, so we consider the results “final” by three weeks after your... continue reading

What does a sample error mean on my lab results?
A “sample error” means the lab couldn’t process your blood sample for one or more tests. It’s a technical hiccup—like the sample being too small, clotted, or a lab processing error. This doesn’t happen often (less than 1% of draws), but it can occur. If a sample error happens, we’ll need you to have another blood draw so we can get your results.... continue reading

Will a healthcare provider review my lab results?
Our providers take a close look at any lab results that fall outside the normal range or raise concerns. If a result is critical or particularly alarming, they’re alerted right away to review. Even when results are just a little off or seem normal, your provider still reviews your entire panel to get the full picture of your health. This way, y... continue reading

My lab results suggest I need treatment, can Hims & Hers help?
In many cases, yes! One of the benefits of our lab service is that it can connect you to relevant treatment pathways. In your lab report, you’ll see any recommended next steps, which could include Hims & Hers programs or general advice. If a program is listed, you can usually click through in the app to learn more or start that process. If you w... continue reading
