How do I reactivate my subscription?

App

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Locate the "My Subscriptions" section on the home page.  
  4. Select the subscription you would like to make changes to. 
  5. Tap the "Reactivation" button for the product you would like to reactivate. 
  6. You will be asked to confirm this decision.  Click "Yes, reactivate" to complete this process.

Web

  1. Log into your Hims or Hers account.
  2. Click on "Subscriptions".
  3. Select the subscription you would like to make changes to. 
  4. Click on the "Reactivation" button for the product you would like to reactivate.
  5. A small window will pop-up on your screen asking you to confirm this decision.  Click "Yes, reactivate" to complete this process.

Important Notes:

If your subscription includes prescribed medications, you may be asked to respond to a series of questions if the original prescription has expired.  Once these questions have been answered they will be forwarded to a healthcare professional for review.  If they have any questions they will reach out to you directly.
