Can I change the date of my next order?

Not quite ready for your next shipment? Low on supply and need your order to ship sooner?  We have you covered.  Please ensure to take necessary action to update your subscription at least 48 hours prior to your upcoming order date. Doing so will help to ensure that your subscription is updated swiftly and properly.

1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
2. If prompted log in to your account. 
   • Not sure how to do this? Take a look at the following article: How do I log into my account?
3. Locate the "My Subscriptions" section on the home page.  
4. Select "Manage" on the subscription you would like to make changes to. 
5. From here you will see when your "Next refill" is set to process along with options to "Refill now" or "Snooze".
   • Due to the nature of certain subscriptions, these options may not be available.  
6. Tap the option that best suits your needs and then proceed with following the prompts.

• Changing the next order date will not cancel your subscription.
