Can I change the date of my next order?

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. If prompted log in to your account. 
  3. Locate the "My Subscriptions" section on the home page.  
  4. Select "Manage" on the subscription you would like to make changes to. 
  5. From here you will see when your "Next refill" is set to process along with options to "Refill now" or "Snooze".
  6. Tap the option that best suits your needs and then proceed with following the prompts.

  1. Navigate to the Hims or Hers website.
