How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to discontinue your subscription, please take action at least 48 hours before your next order date. Doing so will help to ensure that your subscription is canceled swiftly and properly.  You can always view the next process date of your subscription in your online account.  

To cancel a subscription within your account follow the outlined steps below. If you are unable to cancel an order, it may be because the order has already begun processing. Also know that completing a subscription cancellation does not cancel an order that is being processed or already shipped.

App

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Locate the "Account" icon in the top right corner on the home page. 
  4. Select "Subscriptions"
  5. Scroll to the subscription you would like to cancel.
  6. Under the "Additional Options" section tap "Edit Upcoming Orders".
  7. Under "Manage Subscription" section select "Add/Remove Items From Order".
  8. A pop-up will appear with a list of items.
    • Select subscription types will instead see options to "Adjust my plan" or "End Subscription". Select the option that best fits.  
  9. Unselect (no check-mark) the item you wish to cancel.
    • Select subscription types will not see this option.
  10. Tap "Cancel Subscription".
  11. Proceed with following the prompts to finalize.

Web

  1. Open up the Hims or Hers website and log into your account.
  2. Locate "Subscriptions" along the top menu. 
  3. Scroll to the subscription you would like to customize.
  4. Click the "Manage" button to get to the subscription details page.
  5. Under the "Get help" section you will see a few different options. Click on "Add or remove items" or "Edit/Cancel Orders".
  6. A pop-up will appear with a list of items.
    • Select subscription types will instead see options to "Adjust my plan" or "End Subscription".  Select the option that best fits.  
  7. Unselect (no check-mark) the item you wish to cancel.
    • Select subscription types will not see this option.
  8. Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Yes, confirm".
  9. Proceed with following the prompts to finalize.
