How do I add or remove items on my subscription?

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Locate the "Account" icon in the top right corner on the home page. 
  4. Select "Subscriptions"
  5. Scroll to the subscription you would like to customize.
  6. Under the "Additional Options" section tap "Edit Upcoming Orders".
  7. Under "Manage Subscription" section select "Add/Remove Items From Order".
    • Due to the nature of certain subscriptions, these options may not be available. 
  8. A pop-up will appear with a list of items.
    • To add or keep an item, make sure it is selected (has a check-mark).
    • To remove an item, deselect it (no check-mark).
  9. Click "Save changes" when you are done and be sure to double-check your subscription!

  1. Open up the Hims or Hers website and log into your account.
  2. Locate "Subscriptions" along the top menu. 
  3. Scroll to the subscription you would like to customize.
  4. Click the "Manage" button to get to the subscription details page.
  5. Under the "Get help" section you will see a few different options. Click on "Add or remove items".
    • Due to the nature of certain subscriptions, these options may not be available. 
  6. A pop-up will appear with a list of items.
    • To add or keep an item, make sure it is selected (has a check-mark).
    • To remove an item, deselect it (no check-mark).
  7. Click "Save changes" when you are done and be sure to double-check your subscription!

Important Notes:

  • You will only be able to add or remove items that were included at the time the initial subscription was established.
  • If you would like to add items that were not included initially, you will need to create a new subscription for those additional items.
