Can I switch my subscription plan?

Are you feeling like your weight loss subscription plan just isn’t quite fitting your needs? Good news! You can now easily request a change to your cadence right from your account. 

App

  1. Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
  2. If prompted log in to your account. 
  3. Locate the "Account" icon in the top right corner on the home page.
  4. Select "Subscriptions".
  5. Scroll to the weight loss subscription you would like to adjust.
  6. Tap "Manage subscriptions".
  7. Select "Switch Rx plan".
  8. From here you will be able to review what plans options are available.
  9. If no further information is needed, your plan will update to the new schedule.
  10. In some cases, we may need to capture more health information.  Upon submitting, your request will be shared with your provider for review.  If approved, your subscription schedule will be updated.

Important Notes: 

  • Some subscriptions may not allow you to switch plans.  If you are experiencing difficulties in modifying your subscription, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to help you make the necessary adjustments.
