how do i reactivate my subscription?

  1. Log into your Hims or Hers account.
  2. Click on "Subscriptions".
  3. Click on the "Reactivate subscription" button for the product you would like to reactivate.
    • This should prompt a small window to pop-up on your screen asking you to confirm this decision. Click "Yes, reactivate" to complete this process.
