- Access the Hims or Hers app on your mobile device.
- Log into your account.
- Not sure how to log in? Take a look at this article: How do I log into my account?
- Locate the "Account" icon in the top right corner on the home page.
- Select "Subscriptions".
- Scroll to the subscription you would like to customize.
- Under "Manage subscription" section select "Stop auto-renew on my medication or membership".
- Select which renewal you would like to edit.
- Proceed with following the prompts to finalize.

- Scroll to the subscription you would like to customize.
- Click the "Manage subscription" button to get to the subscription details page.
- Under "Manage subscription" section select "Stop auto-renew on my medication or membership".
- Select which renewal you would like to edit.
- Proceed with following the prompts to finalize.
Important Notes:
